We've got an update from Phil: they ended up getting outbid at the last minute and couldn't secure the place. They're still looking, though. Very unfortunate. Perhaps anyone in the valley knows of a place worth considering?

    Here is an idea. There is a place called VIP indoor pickleball. The 3 courts can easily be badminton courts if nets are changed. They currently rent the courts for $40 per hour. But lot of the times, the courts are not booked. If the courts are available for badminton, maybe at lower rates , these courts would be rented a lot more. It's a win win idea both for the business owner and the community
