Update on dedicated badminton courts coming soon.

Published: Friday, December 6, 2024 12:49:19 PM
We've got an update from Phil: they ended up getting outbid at the last minute and couldn't secure the place. They're still looking, though. Very unfortunate. Perhaps anyone in the valley knows of a place worth considering?

Im curious if we are looking to secure an existing place or building a whole new facilities with membership-style model?

Here is an idea. There is a place called VIP indoor pickleball. The 3 courts can easily be badminton courts if nets are changed. They currently rent the courts for $40 per hour. But lot of the times, the courts are not booked. If the courts are available for badminton, maybe at lower rates , these courts would be rented a lot more. It's a win win idea both for the business owner and the community

Is it true that we can play badminton at UNLV? I desperately wanted to play and a lot of my friends are interested as well.

My wife and I are about to move to LV mid 2025. I saw the courts were shutdown. Are there any places to play badminton or upcoming places (queueing, club or reservation) in LV?

I still wanna have a proper badminton court here in Vegas / Henderson. No matter how many matches I watch of pickleball or padel, it still doesn’t catch my interest go even try.
